Today with all the WordPress Theme Shops that popping up all around, it’s more and more difficult to find free themes. In this post, I will list 11 recent free WordPress Themes which have premium features like theme options in the admin Panel and multiple Color Schemes. All the themes have been released recently during the first semester 2010.

1. Design Pile via Smashing Magazine

One of the best recent free theme designed by site5 and released on Smashing Magazine. I really love the design but in the negative points : no featured post management, and no carousel to display the last post.

Apple Trend in Web Design: Inspiration, Resources and Tutorials

It’s known that Apple creates product with a great user experience. Everything is done in the Mac, Iphone and Ipad to have an easy and intuitive navigation. So it’s no wonder that’s lots of web designer and compagny software try to reproduce this scheme.

Today with the Appstore more and more application presentation websites have an Apple style and this style is now a real trend. Among the aspects that are found most often : a Fresh and Clean design, the light gray color with a metal aspect, the rounded corner buttons, the letterpress effect and large image to present the products.
